Responsible for selling and offering the CDL program with Premier trucking School ensuring the program and process is clear to the candidates in order to bring qualified shows

?Abilities:

• Ability to have sensitive conversations or interviews with drivers regarding a variety of subjects.
• Ability to make decisions autonomously after investigating and gathering data.
• Handle urgent situations in a professional manner.
• Customer service skills
• Ability to adapt
• Problem-solving

Activities:

• Ensure Company compliance with DOT regulations
• Ensure driver compliance with company policies
• Educate drivers regarding DOT regulations and CSA scores.
• Handle professional call with our drivers regarding DOT regulations.

Important:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to manage multiple operating systems
• Ability with software systems
