Quality Coordinator

Industry: Steel / Metallurgy

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the processing, handling, and storage of steel coils.
• Lead internal audits, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise and support the quality inspection team to meet daily operational goals.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and commercial teams to align quality expectations across the supply chain.
• Act as a liaison with customers and suppliers for quality-related issues, documentation, and technical feedback.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, KPIs, and continuous improvement reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within metal, steel, or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid passport and U.S. visa required.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, with familiarity in ISO 9001 and industry certifications.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing quality teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
