• Drive profitable sales and field negotiations in collaboration with branch teams.
• Drive penetration and growth in existing product markets and secondary process markets.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to win new business and strengthen existing accounts.
• Supervise and align channel managers with corporate objectives.
• Conduct extensive market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with key customers on specific projects and ongoing production.
• Set sales goals and monitor performance against goals.
• Work with Operations to align commercial strategies with supply chain capabilities.

• Education: Degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Languages: Advanced English.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the metalworking industry in a management or leadership role.
• Availability: Full travel availability.
• Skills: Strategic leadership, market analysis, team management, and results orientation.

• Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000 MXN + variable bonus
