Join INFINIX México, one of the fastest-growing smartphone brands, and help us shape the future of tech marketing! We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local execution and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

This role is a growth pipeline toward becoming Local Marketing Head, so we're seeking someone with strategic thinking, strong leadership, and solid marketing know-how in the smartphone industry.

?? What You'll Do

?? Execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with our brand vision and regional goals.

?? Act as the key bridge between the Mexico team and HQ in China — ensuring alignment, communication, and flawless delivery.

?? Lead PR agency collaboration: media relations, press releases, influencer campaigns, and brand reputation.

?? Foster team collaboration and resolve cross-cultural friction or coordination challenges.

?? Analyze local consumer behavior and market trends to drive actionable insights.

?? Support in-store marketing, activations, and offline brand experiences.

?? Oversee daily operations, ensuring campaigns are on track, high-quality, and results-driven.

? What We're Looking For

?? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

?? 5+ years of marketing experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry

??? Fluent English (verbal & written) is a must. Spanish is a big plus. Mandarin is a bonus.

?? Experience working with or managing PR agencies

?? Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

?? Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and execution

?? Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role in the near future
