We're looking for a passionate trainer who can help our customers succeed by teaching them how to use our platform effectively. In this role, you'll host live webinars, create custom training materials, and guide clients through interactive learning experiences that align with their goals.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging client webinars and Q&A sessions
Design tailored training materials that match client workflows
Promote user adoption by translating complex features into simple steps
Share client feedback and partner across teams to improve our product and training
Support change management and create resources for scalable onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5–7 years of training or learning experience, including 2+ in SaaS or enterprise software
Experience in curriculum design, adult learning, or change enablement
Skills in Google Slides, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), Salesforce, and webinar tools
Experience in HR tech or configurable platforms is a plus
