We currently have a career opportunity as an English Advisor Specialist to join our team located in Monterrey. The English Advisor is a language specialist who will provide various language services to different teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Business English courses to groups ranging from B1 to C1 levels
• Adapting current lessons to the group's needs
• Conducting workshops and training sessions on specific communication skills in English
• Conducting oral and written assessments of current employees, providing them with feedback, and developing action plans to improve their abilities
• Evaluating candidates' English skills during the recruitment process
• Proofreading and editing internal documents
• Providing one-on-one assistance in specific instances.
• Coaching employees on preparing for interviews in English, giving presentations, or other language-related needs.
• Experience using digital learning tools and creating online content (LMS platforms, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience
• Advanced English level in both written and oral communication
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Teacher Training/Certification (TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, TKT band 3+)
• Great communication skills
• Ability to tailor lesson planning for groups and individuals

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience teaching business English.
• Bachelor's degree in applied Linguistics or any teaching-related field.
• Experience using the CEFR
• Current English certification
