Are you passionate about working with children and believe they're far more capable than we give them credit for? Do you love to ask questions, spark curiosity, and support young learners in discovering their own path?

Who We Are

We are part of the global Acton Academy network, originally founded in Austin, Texas. Our learner-driven model and use of the Socratic Method empower students to take charge of their education and life. We're building a community of self-directed learners—and we're looking for a guide to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Guide our Preschool or our Elementary classrooms.

• Facilitate discussions and projects using the Socratic Method

• Support a classroom of independent, curious learners

• Foster critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity

• Work closely with a passionate, mission-driven team

What We're Looking For

• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic presence

• A deep respect for children and belief in their capabilities

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Open to ongoing training and development (we provide it!)

• Bonus: Montessori training or experience with Destination Imagination
