Capture, validate, and update information related to pre-payroll, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for proper payroll processing. Support administrative tasks related to incident control, attendance, and personnel movements.
Responsibilities and functions
Constant communication with departments such as Human Resources, Payroll, WFM and Supervisors for clarifications or validations.
Compliance with internal policies and confidentiality of information.
Management of pre-payroll requests on the ServiceNow platform.
Classification and prioritization of tickets according to the type of request and urgency level.
Attend and follow up on pre-payroll requests, complying with established SLAs.
Escalation of tickets to other departments when additional intervention is required.
Registration and modification of records related to attendance for operational and administrative personnel in the TRESS system in accordance with internal policies.
Review and detection of overtime anomalies of operational and administrative personnel in the TRESS system.
Entry of pre-payroll incidents (PSGE, ADJUSTED HOURS, HOLIDAYS, etc.).
Requirements
High School degree
Upper Intermediate English level
Windows Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Drive
Experience: 1 year in HR roles (Indispensable)
