Mission

Objectives

Management of his team to enable the delivery, erection, installation works achievement in the optimal conditions: performances, costs, quality and health and safety.

Measurement

• EHS compliance
• Quality compliance regarding the drawing and construction method
• Low level of absenteeism

Responsibilities

• The installation team leader reports directly to the OCS Supervisor and is in charge of making sure that the OCS is installed in conformity with the Basic and Detail Designs, the installation procedures, the QA/QC system and the Time Schedule in place.
• His duties include also the necessity to report on all technical aspects with his supervisor about Detail Design and material or equipment.
• During the construction, the Construction Team Leader is required to organise the tasks, in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly controlled.
• His duties include the follow up of the service of the machine and maintain the highest level of availability.
• He alerts and reports to the management on any concerns he has related to the job he has to perform, and especially regarding: EHS, Quality, Access, Customer / Consultant requirement, ...

The Construction Foreman / Team Leader is responsible for the onsite Quality Plan & Security Plan implementation

Delivery

• Weekly Hourly report of his installation team.
• Report of the equipment or material consummation.
• Report of the service of the machine

Candidate Requirements

Educational Requirements

Civil Work / power supply / Construction diploma/degree

Desired Knowledge / Experience

• Validated knowledge in OCS / APS Construction Supervision expectation.

• Leadership, initiative and decision minded
• Team spirit approach and good communication skills
• Mobility

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Perfect knowledge of the OCS / APS construction method.
