We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service professional with experience in the automotive industry. This role involves managing customer orders, providing support through various client portals, and working closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Automotive industry experience is a must
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Business, or a related field
Advanced English (spoken, written, and read – 90%)
Strong skills in customer service, purchase order tracking, and data management
Familiarity with OEM customer portals (e.g., FORD, Stellantis, GM, BMW)
Analytical, responsible, and disciplined
Availability to travel (valid visa and passport required)
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and validate customer purchase orders (written or verbal)
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within established guidelines
Check inventory availability and enter orders accordingly
Follow up on delivery dates and notify customers of any delays
Maintain accurate records related to customer orders and shipments
Stay updated on product changes and new launches (information provided by manufacturing team)
Communicate any major production issues that may impact product availability
Maintain frequent contact with Manufacturing, Sales, Estimating, Shipping, and Accounting departments
Provide support through various customer portals
Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations
