Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities of the Job:
• Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan from concept to final execution to drive key campaigns and existing product sales for all products within the portfolio
• Support of campaign planning
• Develop marketing content, collateral and Sales enablement materials
• Ensure all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement, response, and lead generation
o Manages the internal (myTE) and external communications (Press Releases)
o Manages marketing newsletter
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Sales organizations globally to deliver and integrate channel marketing programs
• Manage budget for each campaign effectively
• Measure and report on campaign marketing activities and investments
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales to tell the TE/BU product story
• Create effective marketing programs that support both high impact campaigns and improve sales in weaker product lines by driving sales and brand preference
• Work with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, print advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales
• SharePoint - manages and oversees Marketing SharePoint pages
• Events - supports the coordination of AMER/EMEA trade shows and customer events
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years B2B marketing experience
• 2 years minimum product or integrated marketing experience including messaging, value proposition development and agency management
• Project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously and an ability to keep others accountable/ on track
• Technical writing experience, with an emphasis on translating complex technical information into clear and concise value propositions
• Ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed organization
• English communication skills
• Analytical competency and ability to work with data
• Budget management
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and peers around the world and personality geared toward inclusion and diversity
