We are currently looking to add a professional to our team who will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments.
Position Objective
Manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective commercial attention aligned with the company's internal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Contact new and current customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Negotiate prices, sales conditions, and service agreements according to company policies.
Prepare professional sales contracts and follow up on purchase orders.
Use ERP and CRM systems to manage communications, orders, and related documentation.
Resolve customer complaints through issue investigation, solution development, and reporting.
Work closely with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.
Process commercial documentation, change orders, and follow up on vendor-managed inventories.
Maintain customer-related documentation in compliance with ISO/TS/AS certification requirements.
Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems (mandatory).
Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with conflict resolution capabilities.
Intermediate-advanced English (able to hold technical conversations).
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
