We are looking for a Network Engineer that provides technical expertise and support for network technologies, ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. This Tier-2 role involves network design, implementation, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Support, develop, and administer processes to optimize network infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Assist in planning and executing network projects, including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Wireless, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, and Public Cloud Services.
• Analyze network performance, generate reports, and improve efficiency.
• Follow and create scripts and standard procedures for next-gen data centers and SaaS environments.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for global network infrastructure.
• Provide Tier-2 operational support, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to incidents.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years of experience with LAN, WAN, and security technologies.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba, Arista.
• Strong foundation in firewalls, VPNs, WAN architectures, load balancing, DNS, wireless, authentication, and security systems.
• English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting network and system-wide issues.
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across functions and vendors.

What could set you apart:

• Experience with Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or automation.
• Cisco CCNP, CCSP, or equivalent certification (highly preferred).
