Descripción
We are looking for a Network Engineer that provides technical expertise and support for network technologies, ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. This Tier-2 role involves network design, implementation, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Support, develop, and administer processes to optimize network infrastructure performance and reliability.
- Assist in planning and executing network projects, including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Wireless, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, and Public Cloud Services.
- Analyze network performance, generate reports, and improve efficiency.
- Follow and create scripts and standard procedures for next-gen data centers and SaaS environments.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for global network infrastructure.
- Provide Tier-2 operational support, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to incidents.
What you will likely bring:
- 3+ years of experience with LAN, WAN, and security technologies.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba, Arista.
- Strong foundation in firewalls, VPNs, WAN architectures, load balancing, DNS, wireless, authentication, and security systems.
- English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting network and system-wide issues.
- Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across functions and vendors.
What could set you apart:
- Experience with Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or automation.
- Cisco CCNP, CCSP, or equivalent certification (highly preferred).
