Job Summary:
Oversee and motivate a team of Telemarketing Agents responsible for acquiring new borrowersand promoting our loan products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales and leadership, with the ability to drive team performance, ensure service quality, and uphold compliance standards in a fast-paced fintech environment
Key
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of telemarketing agents in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor call performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, QA scores) and provide real-time feedback or coaching.
- Conduct regular team huddles, product refreshers, and performance reviews.
- Strategize and implement calling campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs in the application funnel.
- Ensure team adherence to scripts, call protocols, and company policies, especially in compliance with BSP and DTI regulations for lending.
- Handle escalations from customers or agents and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Risk teams to streamline lead quality and campaign focus.
- Generate and analyze performance reports; recommend action plans for improvement.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new telemarketing agents.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performance team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in a leadership role is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume calling environment.
- Analytical mindset and experience in using CRM tools, call monitoring systems, and sales dashboards.
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices, especially within the Philippine regulatory framework, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain team morale.
