Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (mandatory).
Active professional association membership desirable (CPA equivalent in Mexico).
Required Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
At least 1 year preparing managerial or financial reports.
Experience in multinational companies (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge and application of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and tax regulations.
Reports to:
Finance Director / Plant Manager.
Knowledge:
Mexican tax legislation and compliance requirements.
Auditing standards, account statement vs Invoices
Petty cash administration and follow bank reconciliations.
SAP or other ERP systems preferred (Oracle, JD Edwards, Dynamics, CONTPAQi).
Advanced English (Is a must).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Track and review accounting and financial records (sales, purchases, depreciations, payroll, service payments, etc.).
Follow bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
Follow the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with internal and tax policies.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Participate in results analysis and preparation of management reports.
Support the implementation of internal controls and special projects as assigned.
