* Currently studying*
• Make reports (in Excel) ofthe operation follow upsuch as:
• Orders in backlog with high aging
• Orders delivered - pending invoicing
• End of life materials pending migration
• Changes in the ETAs of the orders in backlog
• Orders in backlog with aging <5>
• Storage of the orders vs. availability of material in said storage
• Order tracking (verification of transits, ETAs, etc.)
• Send status of orders to clients
• Follow up with the logistics team to the dispatches made
• ICO order tracking.
• Physical file of invoices with stamp of residence.
• Random audits the order entry process
Requirements:
• Active university student in the process of professional practice of Administration, Industrial, Commercial or related career.
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge of intermediate Excel and Powerpoint.
• Availability for 1 year of internship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Proactivity and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational skills
