Job Title QRC Specialist, Digital Quality Systems & Data Management

Summary
This position will report to Manager, Digital Quality Systems and be a key resource for enabling Hershey's Leading Snacking Powerhouse vision. They will support the Quality Regulatory Compliance (QRC) team with digital initiatives and business analytics.
The QRC Specialist is a Quality Assurance business process "generalist" with basic knowledge in multiple areas including food safety regulations, industry practices, and corporate policies related to food safety and quality systems and program implementation. The incumbent will have a key role in support of the continued development and execution of the Digital Quality Strategy to deliver proactive food safety, quality and regulatory activities through information empowered teams.
The specialist will:
- Liaise between business and IS technical teams
- Identify, test, implement business requirements as digital tools
- Maintain and improve insights using data analytics
- Act as system administrator for various software systems and digital tools
- Participate in digital tool change management process from ideation through implementation
Responsibilities:
Data Definition, Management, and Reporting Insights:
Under minimal direction work with Business Owners and System Business Analysts to establish data standards for functional elements of Digital Quality Systems. Develop and maintain data acquisition tools to support the digital data strategy. Create and maintain data in compliance with established standards and processes. Support continual development and definition of Digital Quality Governance process in alignment with Digital Strategy. Develop reporting and KPI capabilities to facilitate review of system functionality, identify opportunities for process or data improvement and define KPIs relevant to business process execution enabled by system functionality.
System Administration and Maintenance:
Provide System Administration Support and Maintenance required to manage users and enable functionality including maintenance of background tables and integrations across tools. Assist in implementation of new or upgrades of existing systems. This will include business requirement definition, liaising between business and technical teams, software testing, change management, training and implementation.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in continuous improvement related to refinement and prioritization of the Digital Quality Systems, Strategy and elements of Quality Data Management and reporting.

• Experience with data analytics, including tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx or equivalents
• Experience software testing (functional, UAT), including tools such as qTest, Rally, JIRA or equivalent
• Experience with business process definition, including tools such as Visio or equivalent
• Experience with system administration of various software systems
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Proficiency in SQL (or other programming languages including R, DAX, Python) preferred
• Familiar with Relational Databases, Data Warehouses, and Relational Database Management Systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Capabilities, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, with preference for food manufacturing of consumer-packaged goods
• Working knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements a plus
Education
Bachelor's Degree required
Preference for a focus in Information Systems, Consumer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Food Science or equivalent discipline
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience
