We are looking to hire Projec Engineer to join our team at Toluca.

Position Summary

Leader of the launch of new projects, coordinator of the APQP methodology with the interdisciplinary team, main contact with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Apply the APQP methodology for new programs and engineering changes, maintain the ENGIS system.
• Manages financial resources for the implementation of new programs and charging clients for orders received for tooling. Follows up with accounting on the allocation of investment accounts by tools, tooling and equipment.
• Communication with the customer Supports the coordination of prototypes and pilot batches for the client.
• Coordinates the request for equipment and resources for the manufacturing of prototypes and pilot batches.
• Review client sites and feed information when required.
• Coordinates the implementation of specific customer requirements.
• Engineering changes: Request deviations and engineering changes from the client.

Requeriments

• Bachelors Degree degree in Engineering /Mechanical or Industrial.
• 5+ years of experience leading new projects launching
• Excellent Communications Skills.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule daily tasks, ability to effectively facilitate teams.
• Limited supervision (semi-monthly) Semi-defined general guidance; independent discretion applied.
