Specialist Packaging Americas

Main responsabilities:

• Cooperation, in the quotation phases, with the RFQ team for the packaging cost estimation and definition of Logistic flow concept with the logistic planning (returnable packaging, material handling, transport, Customer Specifications Review, Investment)
• Planning of internal, supplier and customer packaging (development, customer approval, SAP codification)
• Cooperation with Process planning in the manufacturing process planning (Flow Chart, Cycle Time, Operators, PFMEA etc.) and with series plants during packaging trials untill release
• Collaboration with logistic planning in the planning of logistic flow (packaging, material handling, transport, Customer Specifications Review)
• Evaluation and approval of supplier packaging proposal for purchased parts

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• English advanced level.
• Experience in similar position.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience in plastic materials and plastic processing (injection, compression molding).
• Experience in negotiation/ sales/ customer contact.
• ?Knowledge in SAP.
• Organization and Time Management.
