Job Description

The Yard Manager is responsible:

a) For managing vehicles held in plant shipping yards with quality concerns.

b) Working with CTC Yard Management staff and inspection/repair providers to achieve efficient and effective repairs on a timely basis.

c) Organized into cross-functional teams, it's a unique division consisting of manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality department members who work together to solve

product quality issues and reduce warranty claims.

Habilidades básicas: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing Minimum 5.-8 years manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of internal and external IT systems - Broadcast, PRI, Rubicon. Ability to work weekends and holidays to meet month end objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineer Industrial Management, Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing.

Minimum 5 years manufacturing / Yard management, customer experience.

Knowledge of internal and external IT systems - Broadcast, PRI, Rubicon.

Ability to work weekends and holidays to meet month end objectives.

Coordinate third party providers.

Strong understanding of logistics network and repairing of vehicles in a timely manner.

Lead Toluca activities associated with quality hold property stock for high volume / high revenue assembly plants.

a) experience in managing cross-functionally and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing, and quality landscape.

b) high-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions, a self-confident leader who, in part due to his/her personal presence, style, and demeanor, effectively sells ideas and solutions to others.
