To drive ArtMexico's growth by managing B2B sales, email marketing, social media and website content, and basic financial operations, ensuring daily progress across sales, visibility, and order flow.
WORKING DAYS AND HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (with 1 hour for lunch every day), 40 hours per week
About the Company:
ArtMexico is a small business based in Guadalajara, making the incredible artesanias of Mexico available to online shoppers and events planners worldwide. We have stock warehouses in the USA and UK, but run the business from a home office in Colonia Country Club in Guadalajara. ArtMexico was founded by British woman Aprylle Stuart in 2015, who has lived here for 13 years (she speaks Spanish but mainly works in English).
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Sales and Partnership Outreach
Email, cold call and follow up with event planners, wedding planners, shop buyers, Mexican restaurants, etc worldwide
Maintain pipeline in CRM software
2. Email Marketing and Newsletter Management
Write and send regular newsletters to wedding planners, event planners, party buyers, retailers, Mexican restaurants
Segment lists and build automations (Mailchimp)
Track performance: open rates, clicks, sales
3. Social Media Content and Growth
Create and post Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content
Showcase artisan process, customer stories, and seasonal offers
Build relationships with UGC creators (User Generated Content from the customers) and influencers
Run ad campaigns (Google and Meta ads)
4. Content and Blog Management
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) management of Site Map and keyword research
Blog posts and new page creation - manage content creation and publication on our Shopify website
External blog content creation and publication on other websites, PR
Work with accountant for quarterly tax or monthly reporting
Profile Requirements:
2-5 years experience in marketing, sales, or small business operations
Fluent in English and Spanish
Good English writing skills (emails, posts), competent to manage writers/AI to get more in-depth content written
Confident making sales calls and following up
Proactive, self-managing and detail-oriented
Good knowledge of: Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon shop management
Bonus: Canva, CapCut, Notion, Trello
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
10 x B2B outreach actions per day
1-2 newsletters per/month with 30%+ open rate
5+ social posts/week with strong engagement
Monthly sales growth %
