Your Mission:

As Business Development Manager, you will take our company to new heights! Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll craft and execute strategies that accelerate our growth, forge new partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships. Your insights will shape our commercial direction and expand our presence nationwide.


What You Will Do:

? Drive strategic planning and set ambitious sales objectives

? Identify new client needs and uncover growth opportunities

? Develop and maintain fruitful partnerships and networks

? Lead market research to stay ahead of industry trends

? Analyze sales data to optimize performance

? Build and mentor a high-performing team

? Ensure project success with critical thinking and attention to detail


Your Skills & Experience:

? 6+ years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or similar roles in professional services or consulting

? Bachelor's in Business, Administration, or related

? Client-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented

? Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

? Fluent in English and Spanish

? Proficient in Microsoft Office

? Proven success in solution-based sales and strategic growth
