JOB STATEMENT
The Manager Field Service is responsible for the guide and support all technical services within the assigned territory. This Manager
will be capable of providing technical support to customers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages Field Service and site activities in the Market Area
Responsible for a profitable Service Operation in the Market Area
Responsible for the resource management and performance of the Service Operations
Responsible for the delivery or Field Services operations from resource management to quotations to invoicing and to related
customer satisfaction
Assures that the role of Field Service is understood in the local Market Area
Assures that all Field Service deliveries are carried out as per Metso Outotec and customer's safety standards and local safety
legislation
Assures proper resourcing for Field Services with relevant skills to support regular Field Service requirements, service
projects/agreements and/or Expert Services
Assures the implementation and use of Metso Outotec processes and tools, including the use of the Field Service Management
Solution
Manages Project Coordination team for customer communication and issue escalated related to material deliverables.
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to Pablo Gonzalez Manager, Field Service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Engineer, related experience in progressively responsible positions
Mining industry technology and machinery expertise
5 -7 years in similar roles or proven management in Engineering Services
Strong Health and Safety experience
Work in a variety of environments, which may include exposure to extreme heat, humidity.
High travel availability
Strong familiarity with service activities in mine sites.
Specific experience associated with service contracts is a plus.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of service and support company process and practices
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
Strong customer in center performance
Take direction when needed on specific opportunities
Must be capable of effectively and prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive person and goal-oriented
Strong ability to manage large technical/engineering teams
Lead countrywide projects with high effectivity results
Partnership with multiple departments to ensure profitability
Ability to travel frequently.
