Eaton's EPG CPD UL Bussmann division is currently seeking a SCM Program Manager.

What you'll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Support the startup and transition of products to the Santiago plant for the Bussmann business. This role will drive communication and reporting to allow the business to successfully open the Santiago plant, transition products to the facility, and transition MV fuses into Juarez from a SCM perspective. This includes working with all applicable SCM functions to coordinate and ensure the success of the move

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Coordinate with IT, Engineering and SCM the setup of the new SAP plant and transfer of data
- Setup of new facility
- Cleanup and transfer of existing products to new facility
- Cleanup and transfer of MV to Juarez plant
• SCM processes
- Support the STP ProLaunch for the new site and the transfers to / from Juarez
• Customer meetings and scorecards
- Ensure that the movements have no negative impact on customers through coordination with sales and segment managers

Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
• MRP knowledge system (SAP).
• Communications skills to work with people at all levels internally and externally in English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of production process and manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions to achieve an outcome
