The RoleWe are currently seeking a Manager, Project Administration to join our global diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Project Administration at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project administration activities, ensuring efficient project management, and contributing to the successful development of our leaders of the future whilst ensuring we deliver high quality execution of clinical trials, ultimately advancing innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing- Leading and supervising Project Associates to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of clinical trials.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution, including timeline management and resource allocation.
- Implementing and optimizing project administration processes to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of project administration activities to stakeholders.
Your profile- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or relevant certification.
- Previous experience in project administration or project management within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
