Descripción

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT sector (Software Development, IT Presales, or IT Business Analysis).

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the IT sector
Proficiency in project management and diagramming tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Visio)
Knowledge of at least one software development methodology (Scrum or Waterfall)
Familiarity with ITIL framework
Advanced English level (B2-C1) – essential
ServiceNow knowledge – desirable

Main Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by clearly presenting ServiceNow technology solutions, highlighting platform capabilities and business value.
Design and develop ServiceNow-based solution proposals
Deliver product demos showcasing the platform's functionality
Execute proofs of concept based on specific client requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to create business cases that support project justification
Generate Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for proposed solutions
Conduct research on ServiceNow integrations with external platforms
Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) submitted by clients
Define work plans for proposed solutions
Attend client meetings to provide technical input and gather requirements
Participate in ServiceNow trainings and certifications
