As a New Projects Development Engineer, you will be a team leader and develop a behavioral competency to deliver high-impact business results.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to balance your team's capability with prioritized activities:
- Track trial production
- Lead and organize multidisciplinary team for trial development
- Ensure and organize timely trial submission.
- Follow-up and update/adjustment of test schedule
- Follow-up of corrective and improvement actions between tests
- Follow-up of process development until complete readiness
- Follow-up of project team in preparation of process documentation
- Assistance and support in internal and customer project meetings and follow-up of outstanding issues
- Support and follow-up in internal and customer design review.
- Follow-up of NPD APQP activities
- Follow-up of tooling and materials preparation for testing

- Lean manufacturing
- Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or related
- 2 years of experience in related activities
- Advanced English communication skills (95%)
