RECEPCIONISTA Y COORDINADORA DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL AL PACIENTE
Your responsibilities:
· Welcoming patients upon arrival at the clinic, directing them to the appropriate areas.
· Answering phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
· Managing patient appointment schedules and ensuring efficient workflow in the clinic.
· Coordinating logistical aspects related to patients' travel.
· Registering and updating patients' information on our database.
· Processing payments, coordinating insurance claims, and ensuring proper billing.
· Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
· Assisting with administrative tasks.
· Accompanying patients to external procedures, ensuring their arrival and proper procedure.
· Making outbound calls to potential clients to present our services.
· If necessary, creating content for the clinic's digital platforms.
· Scheduling appointments for studies and procedures in laboratories and hospitals when required.
· Coordinating patient transportation for external studies or appointments.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (administrative fields preferred)
· 2-year experience as receptionist with similar responsibilities.
· Fluency in English (required)
· Excellent communication skills.
· Use of digital platforms, Office, Windows, CRM.
· Availability to rotate turns if necessary and to accompany guests to external appointments.

Workplace and schedule:
· 6 workdays a week, with one rest day (rotated)
· Rotated schedules 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm
