This position reports to:

Quality Engineer

What the position entails:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to obtain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also develop your expertise by supporting Brazeway's Quality team and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Update Quality department procedures according to the updates/improvements made.

- Update information in Proficient and backup folder guided by Quality Engineer.

- Support in debugging Proficient to reactivate SPC in each cell guided by Quality Engineer.

- Development and/or update of administrative instructions for the department based on the leader standard work developed for each position. Example: how to generate credit notes, how to manage gage trak, how to update proficient, etc...

- Development and/or update of missing instructions of the activities performed by technicians and auditors.

- Support in developing certification process for technicians, auditors and star points in their competencies.

- Develop relationship matrix between procedures, instructions, visual aids and formats for document control.

Qualifications for the role:

Student from the last three semesters

Availability Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm

Advanced English Level (desirable)

Proactive, Problem solving, Sense of urgency, Negotiation.
