Purpose: The Organizational Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that enhance the performance, culture, and capabilities of the organization. This role focuses on improving organizational effectiveness through strategic planning, leadership development, change management, and talent optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Partner with leadership and HR teams to assess organizational needs and develop OD strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Design and facilitate initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
3. Implement change management processes and support the organization through transitions and transformation efforts.
4. Conduct organizational assessments, surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and deliver training and development programs that build organizational capabilities.
6. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of OD interventions and recommend improvements.
7. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and high performance.
8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and change management.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR function.
· Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management frameworks and leadership development.
· Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with data collection and analysis tools.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish).
