To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Business System Analyst role involves analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for the details designed for automated systems to make them more efficient. Responsible for providing technical specifications to identify, evaluate and request development resources for ERP Team solutions and knowledge to charge as well.

What a typical day is like:

• Determine necessary system enhancements according to customer needs, managing their correct implementation.
• Support the implementation of customer projects.
• Analyze new requirements.
• Define requirements specifications to define methods and procedures related to new assignments.
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Use skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and achieve goals in a creative and cost-effective manner.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, objectives, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of deliverables.
• Verify new processes developed.
• Develop reports in accordance with user requirements.

The experience we are looking for to join our team:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on complex issues involving analysis of situations or data.
• Knowledge in information technology.
• Knowledge in BAAN V is a plus.
• Knowledge in LN programming desirable.
• Knowledge in SQL programming desirable.
• Knowledge in AIM Methodology is also a plus.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Advanced Excel.
