Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensures sustainable Supplier Development with expertise, processes & systems for quality, value creation and logisticsPreparation and suport for internal and external audits.
• Responsible for the Sub-Processes involving Supplier selection, Supplier release, Supplier integration, Supplier Development and Supplier phase out.
• Carrying out product sampling and approval, as well as defining sampling standards and template levels on the basis of assessments from risk management.
• Coordination and processing of supplier complaints (e.g. root cause analysis, definition of remedial measures and verification) on the basis of optimized, existing methods and tools.
• Methodical improvement management - Initiation, conception and management of overarching benchmark activities to determine best in class quality as well as identification of weak points and quality problems of products related to external suppliers.
• Recording, evaluation, measurement and qualification of supplier data, as well as derivation of interdisciplinary quality-relevant key figures (KPIs).
• Conception, implementation and management of an active risk management in relation to products, processes, etc. to limit risks.
• Training and guidance of quality management content

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required (Engineering, Business).
• +3 years of expierence in Purchasing Quality area of manufacturing/Automotive environments.
• Experience in metal sector, production technology, design and project managament.
• Knowledge on ERP systems (preferably SAP) focused on MRP.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communicative competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of purchasing processes.
• Customer focus oriented.
