Alset is seeking experienced and knowledgeable Senior Fullstack NET Developers with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications. This role is for individuals with 4+ years of experience who are ready to take the lead on projects and mentor junior developers.

As a senior developer, you will work closely with our product managers, designers, and engineers, as well as our clients' teams, to create high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web-based applications using C#, ASP NET, JavaScript (Angular), Xamarin/MAUI and Cloud technologies.
• Design software architecture and implement solutions for complex projects.
• Collaborate on the design and development of both front-end and back-end components.
• Utilize Cloud services (Azure) for deploying and managing applications.
• Apply advanced development methodologies, including Asynchronous Programming, Software Architecture, and integration of CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize software systems to ensure performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, JavaScript (Angular), Xamarin/MAUI, SQL, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong experience with Software Architecture, Cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in OOP concepts, development methodologies, and design patterns.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with SCRUM methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (Bilingual position required).
