Main Experience required
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Analyze requirements / use cases and manage functional ambiguities.
- Prepare all development artifacts, including design documents and diagrams.
- Estimate the effort for the given scope of development work.
- Code the applicable development work
- Unit and integration testing of developed code
- Perform design & code reviews
- Support quality assurance ("QA") testing and user acceptance testing ("UAT")
- Support deployment of the developed code into production
- Team will adopt LPLs standard development tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory skills / Requirements
- English 90%
- Open to work on a Hybrid model from a secure location at Infosys Monterrey office.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Tech Lead, guide the team's development efforts towards successful product delivery and support.
Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based applications
Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews and implementation of best practices, adhering to firm's SDLC and release processes.
Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road map.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.
Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
