Position: RPA Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst (BA) to join our team.

The RPA BA will work closely with business stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities, gather requirements, and assist in the design, implementation, and deployment of RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both business processes and RPA technology, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive automation initiatives successfully.

Requirements:

• Collaborate with business users to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for RPA projects.
• Conduct process mapping, flowcharting, and identifying process inefficiencies.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements and automation feasibility.
• Document functional specifications, workflows, and process designs for automation.
• Work with technical teams to design RPA solutions based on business requirements.

• Act as a liaison between business units and the RPA development team.
• Assist in testing RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Assist in training business users on new automation solutions and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, business process management (BPM), and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and focus on process improvement.
• Agile Framework experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments for project delivery.
• English: Advanced
