EDI DEVELOPER

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled EDI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, ensuring smooth data exchange with various business partners, and optimizing our EDI solutions to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement EDI processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to analyze EDI requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Maintain and enhance existing EDI transactions and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange.
• Monitor EDI systems, perform regular audits, and optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards and best practices.
• Document EDI processes, configurations, and mappings.
• Provide technical support and training to users and team members.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI development.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (such as X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and protocols (such as AS2, FTP, sFTP).
• Experience with EDI mapping tools and software.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in EDI integration (e.g., XML, SQL).
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex data and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of integration platforms and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based EDI solutions.
