This position will provide support to enable that LOM Procurement organization has automated processes, tools and reporting to ensure compliance to Processes, KPIs and strategies with agility. Is there to analyze challenges and data, create reports, and provide potential solutions to your stakeholders. This position collaborates closely with every Procurement Categories responsible buyer partnering with them in relation to process improvements and analytical insight

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automatization of tools, processes or visual management of the team.
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies; seek for continuous Improvement activities oriented to increase productivity and higher level of quality of data management.
- Extract and analyze data to execute local reports and support Global Reports execution for all the Procurement department.
- Provide training to procurement staff and suppliers in various processes and tools
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of tools and best practices.
- Comply with the Procurement Processes related to the Supply Chain Security Programs (CTPAT-OEA) and FSC through internal applicable processes and guidelines to comply with these Programs.

- Education: from 6th semester and above preferably Inscribed in Engineering in Digital Environment and Data Science, Robotics, Programing or IT or related field.
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven
- Knowledge of MS Office and Power apps (like Power BI, Power automate, etc) intermediate / high knowledge level.
- Intermediate / high knowledge level in programming and database apps (like Python or SQL)
- Excellent analytical, communication, visualization, and IT skills
- SAP knowledge and/or other Enterprise Resource Planninng (ERP) preferred
- Good at working individually but also with a team
- Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English
