What you´ll do

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE DevOps with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk and SRE DevOps a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure the security of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security events using Splunk SRE DevOps to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security policies and procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing security posture based on findings from assessments and audits.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to ensure the organization remains protected.
• Create and maintain security documentation including incident reports policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for employees.
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in security projects and initiatives to enhance the overall security framework.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
• Travel as required to support security initiatives and collaborate with remote teams.

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Possess a strong understanding of Splunk for monitoring and analyzing security events.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
• Demonstrate experience in investigating and responding to security incidents.
