Prototype Process Technician (day shift )

As Prototype Process Technician, you will play a key role in Aptiv's in this new project. Supporting Manufacturing Engineers and operating equipment.

Your Role

• Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ1- MQ2.
• Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as

equipment OEE, FTQ, etc)

• Drive continuous improvement, cycle time improvement and support Kaizen activities.
• Work with QE to resolve and implement corrective actions for Line-Pull, Warranty and Plant Returns.
• Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality

review, Escalations, etc.)

• Own, maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize process machine up-time.
• Plan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learnt.
• Own, purchase and install equipment/line/tooling for capacity increase needs.

• Attend the regular PDT meetings and drive a proper escalation in case of problems, based on LME request or even on representation
• Plan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learns data base with LME globally.

Your Background

• More than 2 years of experience in electronics assembly (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to pick up new tasks quickly
• Ability to shift between tasks quickly
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and customer focused working style
• Business fluent English is a plus.
