Job Purpose:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing visually engaging and high-quality design work for a range of marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media, and more. They combine creativity with technical skills to deliver designs that align with the company's vision and brand identity.

Qualification & Skills Needed:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field. Freelance experience or a strong portfolio can also be considered.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), as well as other tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Canva.

- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and designs that align with company goals.

- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all design work.

- Strong understanding of typography principles and the ability to use fonts creatively while maintaining readability.

- Solid understanding of color theory and how it affects design and audience perception.

- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and revisions to team members and clients.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines..

Job Duties:

- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, websites, packaging, and more.

- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's branding guidelines and reflect the brand's voice, style, and values.

- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements and contribute to campaigns or projects from concept to final execution.

- Assist in creating visual content that supports marketing goals, including infographics, icons, illustrations, and animations.

- Develop prototypes and mockups for review and approval from clients or stakeholders.

- Revise designs based on feedback from clients, team members, or stakeholders, ensuring quality and accuracy.

- Organize and manage a library of design assets, including logos, templates, and images for easy access and future use.

- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and effective.

- Prepare final artwork for print or digital production, ensuring all files are in the correct format and resolution.

Manage multiple design projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and designs are delivered on time and to specification.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer

- Valid Driver's License

- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
