Ideal candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in graphic design, photography, and video editing, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Technical proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) and knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accurate control of files and materials.
• Innovative approach to developing internal visual content and anticipating team needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and vendors.
• Advanced English level, 90% proficiency in both written and spoken English for managing projects and content in multiple languages.

Key Contribution:

• Ticket System Management: Create designs for employees, including digital and printed materials such as presentations, business cards (both physical and digital), flyers, folders, and institutional branding for laptops, company cars, and office spaces.
• Institutional Photography: Conduct photography for each employee (Raciner) and design LinkedIn profile graphics.
• Commercial Presentations: Develop and design commercial presentations and video presentations in multiple languages.
• Event Branding: Design and manage branding for events, exhibitions, and other internal or external gatherings, including booths, souvenirs, and related materials.
• Control Files Management: Maintain and organize control files for equipment, souvenirs, onboarding materials, and office branding.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with production and printing suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Graphic Image Procurement: Manage and design various projects related to graphic image procurement for employees (e.g., signatures, profiles, etc.).
