***PROCESS ENGINEER***

Educational Degree Required (Minimum):

Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer

Job-Related Experience Required:

PFMEA, MSA, PROCESS DESIGN, PROBLEM SOLVING (8D's, 5Why), Solid Edge/Solid Works, English (Intermediate level)

CNC, Robot Knowledge, Poka Yoke, GD&T.

Work Experience Equivalency (Minimum): 3 year in the atomotive sector

Principal Activities:

• Provide Technical Information
• Work holding fixtures
• cutting tools to production lines
• Design of new Manufacturing processes
• Support Production lines
• Budget Control
• Develop and Install New Poka Yokes
• Scrap Reduction
• Process Variation Reduction (Process Capability)
• Continuous Improvement
• Cost Reduction.
