A Design Assitant Supports all Team Members and Primarily Manages Tasks that are Assigned by

a Project Manager Lvl 2 or Designer to Whom they Report to While Learning the Craft and Gaining

Experience.

Responsibilities

- Preparing Visual Support Material

- Meetings Related Tasks such as Booking the Meeting Room, Preparing the Materials

Including Samples, Brochures

- Conducts Site Visits to Coordinate Existing Elements and Confirm Actual Dimensions

- Manage and Direct all Subcontractors to Enforce Project Goals and Deadlines

- Assist on Monitoring Status of all Project Purchase Orders

- Assist on Managing and Executing Project Installation

- Generate Punch List Report and Follow Up to Solve Issues

Preferred Skills
