YOUR TASKS

• Managing and supporting the tasks for customer projects. Facilitating the development of the industrialization strategy and ensuring that the global capacity aspects are met
• Steering the different Project Manager Series at all involved production locations and ensuring an interdisciplinary working environment
• Key support function for the departments Program Management, Design & Development, Quality and Purchasing during early project phase and ensures that all production related topics are covered; adherence to the quality, cost and timing targets specified by the clients, using major result-securing methods in order to meet customer requirements and achieve optimum economic efficiency
• Identifying GAPs between project requirements and production capability (People, Qualification, Technology, Plant Readiness, Manufacturability)
• Supporting the nomination of plants for projects and being part of the acquisition process
• Informing and involving the clients in situations that could endanger targets, in order to achieve the necessary clarification and decisions. Presenting reports of part results to the client in the agreed scope and at agreed point of time, in order to make the necessary information transparent for processes and decisions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree
• Job experience as a Program or Project Manager
• Experience of project development and launch, timing, training employee, shifts, costs and material readiness
• Negotiation skills
• Advanced English
