Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant

At Your It Pros, we are seeking this position to work directly with Deloitte, one of our largest clients in the industry.

• The work schedule is hybrid (office visits approximately twice a week). They have offices in Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Querétaro.
• If you reside in another city or state, a relocation bonus is offered.
• Salary of $50,000.00 gross to $52,900.00 gross per month.

Skills:

• Minimum experience of 3 years.
• Advanced English.
• Experience working with HR process.
• Experience in ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
• Proven track record of managing full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically ORC Module.
• Good understanding of Recruiting Process Life cycle, Components and different phases, steps of configure.
• Experience in configuration ORC tasks, Geography, Requisition, CSP, Job Applications, Career site, Offer letter, Notification, Journeys, DFF, EFF, EIT, Value Sets, Common Lookups, Workflow and Approval processes.
• Configure ORC solutions to meet client business needs while ensuring seamless integration with other Core HR and Talent Management.
• Understanding HR processes (Processes impacting ORC).
• Basic experience in inbound and outbound integrations (integration definition).
• Basic experience on Data Migration.
• Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.
• Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives.

Preferred:

• Knowledge in BI publisher to build offer letter.
• Basic understanding of OTBI, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula and Extract.
• Knowledge Oracle Taleo, EBS or People soft.
• Oracle Fusion ORC Certified.
• Experience in implementing ORC Module Knowledge of one or more of Payroll, Absence, Core HR, Talent Management module is a plus.
