Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- Responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the Human Resources initiatives, being a Business Strategic Partner for Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity teams.
- Be a HR business advisor, avoiding HR risks and generating Value to our customers, delivering on time their requirements and expectations, an excellent execution, and looking for new altertanives to get an agile execution.
- Support the Human Resources (HR) strategies on topics of talent development, labor, strategic projects, people agenda and asure the compliance of the main HR processes.
- Function as a Point Person between Sales Areas and HR Support Team.
- Serve as a PMO for some specific Controlling's Requierements.
- Assure the complice off the Governance Model off HC for Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity teams.
- Analyze, record and provide the documentation and labor adjustments that ensure the processes closure of Latam & PMF employees, , as well as prepare, integrate and excute the final report in system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in coporative polices from Pepsico.
Your Impact
As HR Analyst Payrolls your functions would consist of:
- Ensure the Governance Model of HC Control for the Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity teams.
- Ensure the consistency of information in Human Resources systems though frequent monitoring of the Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity teams.
- Monitoring the Work Flow's Status off the requirements.
- Point Person with the Personel Specialized Agencies.
- Resolution Support in internal and external labor problems, according with the Mexican Regulation and Company's Policies.
- Ensure been excellence on execution of the main processes of Human Resources. (Acquire, New Hires, Personnel's Movements and Separation's).
- Consolidate the monthly information about the HR indicators for Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity teams, presenting a standardized dashboard.
- Manage the HR Share Point's information for the Large Format Regional and National Accounts, and Small Format Proximity Areas.
- Serve as a PMO for specific Controlling Requierements and Minor Projects.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering etc.
- Intermediate / Advance English (must have).
- Experience in Human Resources as a Generalist. (1 year) desirable.
