Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Finance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our accounts receivable and financial operations and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of financial tasks, from billing and collections to purchase order processing and accounts receivable management.

Responsibilities:

• Complete billing and collections processes according to project schedules.

• Request, receive, and process purchase orders from customers.

• Lead internal and external virtual meetings with our Subscribers to ensure that POs and invoices are being processed correctly.

• Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on any financial-related activities.

• Create and update reports for Accounts Receivable metrics such as delinquency and cash collection targets, among others.

• Prepare and maintain AR records in the system.

• Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, customer account reconciliations, and bad debt provisions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, financial, and administration procedures.
• Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with financial procedures in an IT environment is highly desired.
• Strong time management, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
• Experience in collections, preferably with global customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
