We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Controls Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation and control systems, with solid experience in maintaining and improving automated production lines.

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Parque Industrial del Norte (Reynosa)

Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control-related issues.
• Work with various PLC systems (any brand experience is acceptable).
• Support and lead automation-related projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong background in maintenance and control systems.
• Experience with automation systems in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• Advanced English – able to communicate effectively with equipment and spare part manufacturers (primarily from the U.S.)
