We're seeking Bilingual Telephone Interpreters fluent in Spanish and English for a great work from home job opportunity in Mexico. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right for you.

Receive medical calls through a mobile app installed in your cell phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

• $9,000 gross monthly during the 8-week paid training program. The training is paid weekly and includes a temporary contract.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The interpreter breaks the communication barrier in a wide range of industries including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, General Business, Law Enforcement, Court and 911.

2. Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner.

3. Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.

4. Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation and polite expressions.

5. Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the call, always.

6. Remain calm during calls if one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations.

7. Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours.

8. Follow client instructions, in compliance with protocol to ensure client expectations are met with the Limited English-speaking Person, avoiding interaction with the Limited English-speaking Person without client's permission.

9. Understand protocol and terminology for various industries including, but not limited to, Medical, Insurance, Finance and Law Demonstrate commitment to cultural sensitivity and working in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in the required language Spanish and English and skilled in the associated cultural dynamics.

• Ability to provide cultural competency and assess regional and accent differences to find ways of communicating with the Limited English-speaking Person.

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation.

• Able to work independently.

• Has the aptitude for close attention to detail regarding shift/schedule adherence.

Physical Requirements

• Must have sufficient manual dexterity to type or write.

• May be exposed to moderate noise levels, computer, audio, telephone.

• Sites for in-person hiring: Querétaro, Chihuahua, Guadalajara, CDMX y EDOMEX.
